All you need to a can a sweet condenced milk and food coloring. Mix the two together and presto you have finger paint that is not toxic to a toddler. Warning: the pictures only last about a week. And is VERY sticky so my suggestion is to use this as an outside project. Most Importantly have fun with your precious little ones.
